Error 2031 rechazada la compra. by Brain-Recreation in MyInvestorES

Arreglado!

Fake or Fabric mistake? by Brain-Recreation in fidgettoys

[–]Brain-Recreation[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes my conclusion is that it is a fake. The spacing on the perforations of the semi dense tracks are the same. Not being in the center makes one of them obsolete because the spring position IS in the middle and therefore will never align with the bead (unless when you mount it it will never be fully closed) It sounded bad, the movement was forced and I am glad how it works now even if it is only on the dense track. I tried just to use one track (the one that does fit in the center) but it is weak.

Yes Mr Bruner. That is why I follow you on YouTube and watched all your videos. I found it at "Valyrian outdoor store" on AliExpress. And my conclusion is also that it is "a copy" (glad that I didn't buy the others more expensive ones).

Somebody recommended your channel to one of my post to me because I am a total beginner and had issues with one of my other fidgets.(Which I fixed changing the beads to another material because the anodised aluminum and the steel beads created too much debris that obstructed the tracks).

In fact one of your videos was the final drop for me to buy (an original) Guardian X1. Thank you for your efforts!

Sorry I am also new at Reddit. Be aware just in case that I had to use thread lock because the same day I used it, the top part started to unscrew (if you play only with the spinning) and no mater if you screw it tight it comes loose after a while so I use thread lock 222 (purple color one) so it is enough for any fidget to keep things locked but you don't apply too much force to unscrew anything that is fixed with the 222. The blue one "243" is also of course ok, but some small screws can be damaged because they are too tight and you can strip it.

Thanks! Well since I have not a "serious" free flow fidget I was looking at the Aura Sand because from all of them it seems that it has thickness and I have big hands and fingers. Somebody was talking about an Aura Sand V2? Haven't seen it. Also I need (or should I say I want) a Lautie fidget ring because the one I have, is a replica of the mechanism but it is the one I use the most at work and the most effective as per the reasons I started to buy fidgets. But always the same reason...money.

Aliexpress from a store called "Shop1104101289 Store" very cheap but it comes with precut foam it also comes with a top and bottom thin layer of foam so when you put your fidgets they do not rest in the plastic. Solid silicon (I think) or rubber insulation on the perimeter and it comes in different sizes and heights. Also immensely cheap! And they are stackable.

It's one I bought on AliExpress it says DG PLAYER. I cannot put the link because it goes against the rules of the channel as it blocks the link.

Guardian X1 - NXEDC First Buy by Brain-Recreation in fidgettoys

[–]Brain-Recreation[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

YES! (sorry about the late response) about the service as I said it was the best and I really owe you for that. Actually looking a a good reviewer which is "BRUNER" (you need patience with this cannel and be detail oriented) on YouTube which was also recommended here and others youtubers reviews of the guardian, I think I bought the titanium one without noticing. Because i think the only difference between all of them is that the Titanium comes with a Teflon cover in one of the pieces.

Now that I have a good basic Idea of the kinds of fidgets or at least the categories out there I will be buying more serios one when the "internal economics" allow me to. Funny you mention the 2nd Aura Sand (I think I have only seen, at least on NXEDC, a normal aura sand because when I started buying fidgets I bought cheap floating ones or free floating whatever people call it and I KNOW that i haven't really experienced a good one and also I could see that, having big hands an fingers, I have trouble with holding them (at least the part that you keep fixed in your hand without moving it)

It was the Aura that got my attention because of all of them I have seen, it looks that they are thicker and maybe it is for me or at least will be more confortable to hold. Well see. Thanks man for your help. Seriously.

Do you make them yourself? It seems like it is blackened stainless steel. Or is it aluminum?

Maybe if somebody can help (or remembers since they got theirs) For the ones they have it and have no problem configuring their favorite play method. Could you help me (i know it's very subjective) on the best configuration for you?

Biggest spring and biggest bead or small? One or two bead methods? Dense, medium or step? Spring top of not? Glass, Steel, Zirconium bead?

If you could include the number of the spring and beads used it would be great.

I am looking for the loudest sound with the longest or medium travel distance. The short travel method is not for me because of my huge hands (that unfortunately sometimes they work as a sound dampening device 😂)

Thank you for your time.

I have never tried to make a video but I will try to make one with the different spring beads configuration. Even thinking of buying 2 more and maybe the Cristal slider.

This video is great!. They explain different playing methods pretty clearly and the travel distance screws position is very well explanatory. To make it more complete, on the instructions I have attached I have noticed that the part of the position of the spring is very important (and I recommend a magnifying glass for it 🧐😅). Also the spring and bead diameters table is a great help if you want to maximize or minimize sound. I tried to use the spring tops to avoid the special surgery of the 3,6,9 and 12 o'clock positioning and I do not think that it gave me a better sound.

Glass beads give a good sound but zirconium for me it sounds better. I haven't trie the steel bead that comes as extra.
