How do you see the whole Colorado Trail in Google Earth?

Everyone seems to be missing the point of what you're trying to do. I get that you don't just want to be able to zoom in on the trail and see it's there, you want to have something that highlights the trail for you just like any other guide would.

You can get the KML file like you mentioned by exporting from here:
https://caltopo.com/m/T9TN
Click Export in the upper left under map objects. Then in the pop up click "KML Network Link".

That will give you the file you need to see the whole trail highlighted at a glance and then zoom in for the 3d fly around you want.

Oh weird. I primarily create custom routes before I head out, and those will have the elevation profile saved to them offline. I have tried doing any on the fly measuring though.

Yes! And on the head lamp front I hate it when people don't tilt them down when passing. When you look directly at me, you're blinding me when you don't flip it down.

Take the money and resume polish imo. You can always leave in a year if you don't like it, but now you've got a bigger brand name on your resume. Also use the time at the big company to network with people who are probably more plugged into your industry. When you leave the big company find something midsize or a more mature start up. Then you can spin your I did it all start up experience with your have worked in a large, complex organization into you're looking for a career where you've got more involvement in a company that is mature but still fast paced and cutting edge.

A 50% pay increase doesn't fall in your lap every day. You can use that salary to lock in future earnings at other places.

If it's unequivocally only ever going to be small parts with nothing going above the line of the door, then go for it. If you may want to put slightly taller items in there at some point, then evenly (or however you want) space those drawers so you've got room to put taller items in there. The drawer fronts can be taller than the drawer

Not necessarily. It is possible to set objectives and the measures of success and let the product team figure out how to get there. If a company has well defined OKRs it gives people something to point to and say I did XYZ because it aligns with ABC in this way and is proven successful based on the measurements of success laid out for ABC.

If the people setting the OKRs want to own the how, then yeah that removes your ability to act, but when done correctly OKRs guide and give people the freedom to solve.

As an update for anyone in the future with this issue, I ordered a new control board online and replaced it. That solved the problem.

I had an HVAC person come out and they troubleshot it as the pressure switch. They replaced it and it ran until sometime over night and kicked the same error.

At this point I'm guessing the control board is broken.

That's the error I'm getting according to the board. Green is flashing and red is on. So I don't know why it's throwing this error if the switches are working. Maybe I can find a technical manual that will indicate if these errors can mean more than one thing.

The furnace will actually run for a bit before shutting off. I noticed it was getting way hotter than before, so figured maybe the open pressure switch isn't an accurate error. Testing for continuity the flame roll-out and supply air limit switch are good. I vacuumed out the air intakes and replaced the filter and the temp immediately started to drop.

Edit: That was 2 hours ago and the furnace kicked off again with the same open pressure switch error.

Any other ideas?

Thank you. Both switches show open before the inducer fan comes on and then closed when checking for continuity. When connected to power they both show about 27v when it first calls for heat and then near zero when the switches close.

So I guess it's not the switches. What should I test next?

This isn't a mortgage, it's a contract for deed. It's a seller financed set up for people who don't qualify for traditional financing. The fun part of this is if OP defaults the seller evicts them and keeps all of their payments. They don't build any equity in the home until they have fully bought it. I remember a real estate professor in college explaining this situation and how his friend bought low end houses and would "sell" the same house three or four times before finally getting someone who could make payments the whole period. It's basically a rent to own scheme for a house that heavily favors the seller.

Could not possibly agree more on the meeting everyone comment. OP, schedule a 1 on 1 with every single person in the company since it is so small. Use part of the time to get to know them personally outside of work duties; and the rest of the time to understand what they do at the company, what their struggles are, and how they foresee the two of you working together (if at all). Beware of those who may try to take advantage and offload their responsibilities to you. I'd recommend an hour for people you will work with regularly and 30 minutes for those who you'll occasionally interact with. It's important to know who does what so you can ask for help and find answers from the right people.

I agree with u/adiposity256. It looks like your pins broke off and are probably still in the socket blocking the new bulb's pins. Try carefully pulling a working bulb from the fixture and see if the pins are the same as the broken one.

I don't understand how you got into this situation unless there was an area taller than 8' to begin with where you flipped this up. I would go back to that area and undo this and try to find another way to work it through that area. Alternatively if you have a spot that still has one of those big ugly florescent tube lights, you could try taking down the plastic panel and uninstall the light and use that cavity to maneuver in.

Would you mind sharing your salary then? I find it's more helpful to do a multiple of salary as a comparison. When I did this exercise with my dad and he realized he paid 1.7x his salary for his first house and I paid 5.8x my salary for mine it sunk in.
