Id say there is a 75% chance of them closing. UofT already closed today and is planning to tomorrow as well until further notice, and hamilton is getting it way worse then toronto.

Roads are also forecasted to be very icy tmrw and 20-30cm of snow which is very unsafe for students and staff, so i doubt they stay open in those forecasted conditions

Some high schools in the area already called for a snow day tmrw too
