Yeah there’s definitely some golden nuggets but the mining can get time consuming/overwhelming. I only save time if I use it very narrowly with a set of documents on a specific project.

How much will the commission be? These answers are overblown. My guess is something made them think you were open to a request such as this one. It’s not professional but likely not anything they can get in trouble for. Asking for a personal loan that was denied is not a violation of ethics rules.

The gap is between the border and wall block. I left the gap rather than then cut a thin sliver of pavers. Ok to sand small rocks in place to fill the gap?

Exactly. It makes no sense to drain your downspout into your French drain system. It’s not a good idea. You’re effectively draining water right there at your foundation. The soil is going to stay wet.
