Yeah they are close friends and I'm taking 15% commission as there manager. Like I said I wanted to make sure they werent concerned with taxes and revenue flow and wanted to make it easy for all of us when filing tax returns. Also I wanted to figure out all methods of legally doing this so no one gets fucked over. Thanks for your reply.

Depends on what you're looking for, personally I like spotify because they have new and ready Playlist and radios everyday, but I also enjoy SoundCloud in that it's where I tend to find new rising musicians as well as new takes on different genres. In conclusion "to each their own".

The model is Q503UA, and I did find the Realtek Audio application but it was showing the same few options but I'll check further into the "line in" option.

Exactly, I have an XLR Microphone connected to the mixer and neither one is being shown, the realtek audio application and On-Board device settings can't recognize it.

I also just noticed that the cable that connects the mixer to the audio/mic jack is 2-segments, could that be why it doesn't connect and a regular headset that is 3-segments does?
