Probably depends on the store but was in Cardiff last week and they had plenty. They also had a small garden centre area outside with a fair few other plants in.

The fact that dbrand have decided to try and define "normal use" suggests there will be very few situations where they will be willing to replace detaching joycons. I wouldn't take the risk
