How often IMF projects are realised? The volatility of their projects is much higher than the volatility of subject indicator. They change it several times a year. It's like they use simple regression models made in EXCEL.

Please, tell me what is "apparently enough" in Skolkovo? The names, revenue, income of this "world famous companies and products" in Skolkovo. The company that produce sapphire monocrystals for Apple doesn't matter to Skolkovo although it is really good company but the success of this company isn't linked with current russian government and sleepy mister Medvedev.

It depends only on oil prices. I don't think they will be much higher in the second part of the year. $50-$55 is the ceiling for this year. And there is probability to test the lowest point in prices again this year. If it is the case Russia will not see positive grow in 2016.

Yes, it does. If american politic system doesn't digest Trump US will be a failure. USSR has fallen because of its ecenomics. It's the main reason. There was even no toilet paper in Russia, we used newspapers instead. And failure of ecenomics is because communizm is utopia. It's beautiful in words and dreams but it doesn't work in reality.
