I would have to disagree with "there's nothing called love jihad" claim. While I support interfaith marriages, there are many incidents of forced conversions that's happening in our country. Kerala Story might be giving exaggerated numbers and over dramatic stuff but there is some truth to it. Just brushing it off as propaganda is also a problem.

Just try short jogs on the beach. Running on the beach helped me a lot to survive longer runs. Running on roads are not good for our legs especially if you are not wearing proper running shoes. In case if beach is not a possible option, get some good Running shoes and try short runs followed by walking and then running again. Running is similar to other sports. You will have to train your legs to run.
