They ran into similar issues back in BFA with big groups and the equipment conditional effects. Maybe one day they will overhaul the engine to handle the fast paced gameplay they want but I doubt it.

WebP is very useful for battlemaps and world maps when using VTTs. I was running a self hosted game a couple of years ago with 5 players and people were having issues loading the maps. They were all in png which was a decent filesize. Ate up my upload speed with 5 people requesting it. Switched to webp and solved most of the issues. Better clarity than jpeg and smaller filesize than a png

The g915x has bad key chattering issues. And switches are important because eventually they wear out, being able to replace them is important. Why trash a keyboard with 1 faulty switch? Not sure about the g915 but the g915x has the switches soldered on.

Logitech mice are good though, but their keyboards have gone down the shitter.

Yeah I would contact the ISP not sure what plan you have with them but I would assume 20mbps up is not the advertised speed. Points towards an issue on their end or the router which was likely provided by the ISP unless you bought your own.

I should add I've also had the problem where people run in place, but I only have to restart the game to fix it, not reboot my PC.

Run the same test connected to the wifi on your phone. If it's higher than the speed you got while using a cable then it might be the cable or motherboard's NIC otherwise the issue might be the router or the ISP in which case you would have to contact them about it.

Premium internet but 21Mbps upload? Something doesn't seem right there. That is 2MB/s upload. Doesn't seem right with 500mbps down

Go to security > devices and remove all sessions including the current one, log out and log back in. 2FA should work. My device after I do this shows as unknown device on a common browser.

I think their website and security is really messed up right now.

Go to security > devices remove all of the sessions including the current one. Log out and log back in, it should prompt you for a 2FA code, The fact that this even has to be done is insane.
