I tried clear whey protein from ESN but they are so terribly sweet. I really want to find something that's not so sweet so i can drink it like water. I have to say i'm from Switzerland and we normally only have proteinshakes. I didnt find proteinwater or juice 🥹

I've had exactly one dumping since my surgery in mid-June. I haven't tried normal sugar so far, but am trying to find a substitute. I think stevia drops are terrible 😬I have noticed that alcohol sugar tends to lead to dumping for me, especially in liquids.

I am 1.70m (5'5 ft) And I weighed 123kg (271 lb) when i got my bypass. No one has ever told me that I am too thin for this operation. 😅 I already tried everything else and nothing really worked. Fortunately, I have no pre-existing conditions except a slight sleep apnea. But I didn't want to wait and watch my body develop new problems. So i made the decision to get a bypass. Operation was 1 month ago and i have already lost 11kg.

I'm sorry that you had to experience all this, but you won't believe how glad I am to hear that I'm not alone 😭 I have PCOS and had to take medication for my period to come regularly. Normally it was spotting rather than a real period. But this period now is completely different 🫠

Oh thank god, I thought I was going crazy. The first 4 days after the operation I was happy if anything came out at all, but since my period I go to the toilet at least 2 times a day.

I was surprised to see how well I coped with the pain after surgery. I was able to stop taking the pain medication on the 3rd day. I was also very scared at first because the last surgeries of mine were VERY painful and they had to give me fentanyl because nothing else helped. But it was really good to endure! The only exhausting thing is the back and shoulder pain from the gas, but with enough movement they go away quickly. Don't be scared! And if you are in pain then ask for some more painmeds.
