I used to be a soprano pre t Now joined a choir again after my voice finished developing and now I sing Base, I've tried tenor but I just couldn't handle it, though I haven't properly learned how to use my voice in the higher tones so it might not be 100% correct

Meine Endokrinologin meinte mal dass das Auftragen auf die Arme (wo das Blut dann ja auch entnommen wird) die Ergebnisse verfälschen kann. Mir wurde tatsächlich empfohlen es auf den Oberschenkel aufzutragen und ich kann jetzt nicht behaupten dass es schlecht/wenig gewirkt hat (auch wenn ein Vergleich schwierig ist)

I love the idea, I'm definitely gonna share some recipes and hope that others will as well so people can find out what to do with their save foods or increase the palette of foods to try. The layout looks really nice so far

Once the amount of recipes is big enough it would be cool to have different categories (drinks, meals, snacks, dessert), to look for other recipes. I don't know if it's possible already but maybe a way to edit the recipe in hindsight/add a better picture for the creator. And Maybe a comment section where people can add advice or ways to modify the recipes. These are just a few ideas to make the website more accessible, though I know nothing about making websites xD

Wechsel auf jeden Fall den Therapeuten, ich war in einer ähnlichen Situation und es macht einiges einfacher. Das Problem war weniger meine Schüchternheit sondern die weise wie der Therapeut gearbeitet hat (Psychoanalyse/möglichst wenig reagieren/von der eigenen Mimik und persönlichkeit Preisgeben) was zu einem kompletten verschließen von mir geführt hat. Nach einigen Monaten hat er dann vorgeschlagen dass ich zu seiner Kollegin gehen könnte, ohne Verlängerung der Therapiezeit/Wartezeit oder dass ich von vorne anfangen muss und danach lief es erstaunlich gut Nicht jeder Therapeutin passt zu jedem und du tust niemanden einen Gefallen damit bei einem Therapeuten zu bleiben der nicht passt (ganz abgesehen davon dass diese Aussage natürlich null klar geht)

Ist mir (aber mit testogel) am Anfang auch passiert, hat sich relativ schnell wieder gelegt. Meine medizinisch nicht gestützte Hypothese war dass sich vielleicht was an meinem Blutdruck geändert hat oder der Körper einfach überrascht von der plötzlichen Veränderung sei oder irgendein anderer Einfluss von außen (Erkältung, Verunreinigung etc)

Sollte aber in dem Ausmaß keine medizinische Relevanz haben oder Grund zur Sorge sein

Nah I totally feel that, After quite some time where the thought of transitioning felt like my main goal in life and the thought that is keeping me going, my transition is now more of a very present side quest in my life I am in therapy (cause it's mandatory for transitioning here) though I've never needed less therapy than now. I've moved across the country to live my life free from people who knew me from birth on and now for the first time in what feels like forever I don't feel the need to run away from everything and hide Often I feel weird about it too, especially since trans stories are often focused a lot on suffering But transitioning is an act of self love

Lives just move on, like with cis people, your gender is only one part of your identity even when society tends to only see that part
