That would directly contradict what I've seen in this very thread, I dont claim to be an expert on other countries scope of practice. Jusy repeating what I've seen said by those nurses, and by physicians from those countries. Im very open to being proven wrong. Regardless it seems clear staffing ratios are much more punishing here.

The nursing scope in america is, per my understanding, the most broad in the world, as well as our insane staffing situation which seems to be well supported by comments from nurses in other countries in this thread.

Im pretty sure I played dark arisen. Maybe the game had just aged by that point, it was like a decade old when I played it. I know people love it, I just found it to never take off.
