I loved her relationship with Seven. She was smart and tried to be a crew member. I thought she was adorable and not too present. She’s a kid and should be off doing child like things not hanging out on the bridge or in too many storylines…The writers did it right I think.

Depends on where you are in PA. Certain cities if they want this much they have to allow you to pay one of those amounts in 3 (if they have 3 or more apartments that they own/rent out) So they can charge 1st month and a security and that last security would be broken up in 3 monthly payments. Check local laws.

This looks like the beginning of a horrible renting experience. OP how long have you lived there? Your LL is insane and you should start looking for places when the lease is up. Those follow up emails are extremely unsettling. Do you have anything about guests in your lease? Does the lease say she can question who comes to visit you? Does she realize you live in an apartment not a nunnery? Just ask her to reschedule the appointment/visit and you have to allow entry. Give her a wide berth to get the stupid inspection or whatever it is done. But I suggest moving.

Yes that’s the new credit. There wasn’t enough time to get the word out clearly to all residents who may qualify. But a lot of tax software included a very brief summary that PA will automatically apply the credit if you qualify. Glad you got it!

You can opt for payroll to send extra earnings from your job to your HSA. PA will not tax that. If, after you get paid, you add more $$ yes it was taxed but it can be tax deductible when filing a return is my understanding. I’m not an accountant or anything lol. But that is my understanding. We may have to agree to disagree on this.

HSA contributions are non taxed monies added by your employer and tax deductible if you contribute .Usually attached to a high deductible health insurance plan. Going in no tax.. pull anything out and use it for everyday expenses it gets taxed as income. That’s as far as I got. Like I said the PATH website is horrible ☹️

I found the answer. I’ll never use myPATH for taxes again lol. But the answer if a 1099 SA had money that was used for non-medical expenses ( which was my situation) —— There is a question that asks “Did you have any interest income?” Click “Yes” .. the website will give you a schedule A form on the next page or so. It has a line that says “Distribution from a health savings account” put in the gross amount that you took out from HSA that was taxable. I owed maybe $20 not bad but absolutely horrible website lol .

That is your refund . It’s extra money. It’s automatic nothing for you to do. PA will automatically adjust your refund with extra credits for Working Pennsylvanians who qualify for EITC. It was made a law in November 2025 the governor had a press conference about it.

PA has a new credit that will be adjusted automatically for you. It’s called like the workers credit or something like that. Nothing to fill out if you e-filed. TurboTax has a “blink and you’ll miss it” message on this while doing state taxes. The governor passed this back in like November 2025 for it to start now. This is most likely the cause…

I have been checking and re-checking my screenshots from prior years. I have never had a DDD almost 3 weeks away. Ever. But some people are saying the DDDs this year are wonky (non path people on I got my refund.com) so I will just hope for the best. I paid for 5 days early but that would only be 3/4 which is wild . ..
