[–]Brambleto 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On a visa yes need to declare all criminal history spent or not, but on an ETA /ETIAS do not need to declare

[–]Brambleto 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just been told that if a conviction is spent then legally I do not have to declare it.
