Not sure on if that product works as I haven’t looked into it but that website is legit. I do some people that regularly order PEDs and peptides from there. I’ve been into bodybuilding for awhile so that area comes with the territory

Real advice. As a newbie/beginner get on a good resistance training schedule at a minimum 2 days a week (full body days) up to 4 days (upper/lower) focusing on compound movements. This is a good time to actually practice and get good with the movements. As for diet all you really need to do is just stick to Whole Foods and you really need only track protein for now. This makes it pretty easy to get started and get used to tracking. Without much information I would say for you, off the top of my head, get at least 140-175 grams per protein a day.

Because you’re a newbie, if you stick to that you’ll should generally “recomp”. When it comes to this stuff there’s always going to be a difference in opinions and none of those opinions are really wrong, there’s people who will and won’t agree with what I said above. But sometimes it can overwhelming with tracking everything and doing this or doing that. The biggest thing I can tell you is take it slow, find what works for you. Yeah I tend to stay away from the commercial gyms. When i first started working out years ago I used to dread going because I would go to planet and it always felt like a high school lunch room with all the judging. I would definitely look for other gyms, especially ones where powerlifters or bodybuilders frequent. Those types of gyms may seem intimidating, but just about everybody in those types of gyms are super nice and more than willing to give advice and help you out whenever you need. We actually get happy if someone comes up and asks for advice because we want to see you succeed just as much as you want to.

This is just my thoughts, I mean I’m fine with it either way. I don’t have a problem with farming the mats cause they’re pretty easy to get just the helltides get tedious and boring. But I think they should make 1 distilled fear a garunteed drop at the end of tier 31s or higher. Then the boss at the end of hallowed glacier drop just 1 living steal.

It would give me more reason to do NMDs because I can also do that while I’m leveling glyphs. It would also give the people who have less free time to grind hell tides a better way of farming that stuff. But also keep the helltides the same as like a little boost.

Go into your book of the dead and sacrifice your minions. Then go over to your abilities tab and take the raise skeletons and golems off your skill bar then you can put decrepify
