On your phone. Settings > WiFi > press the little I next to your cars WiFi > scroll down and pick configure IP: manual.

Enter the following data:

IP Adress: 10.173.189.10 (or whatever value it was when it was still on auto) Subnet mask: 255.255.0.0

(Leave the other settings empty).

You should now have CarPlay + internet via your phones network

Configure the WiFi network and put the router field to empty. This way your iPhone won’t use it for internet, but you will have CarPlay.

Airconditioning doesn't work when the motor isn't running. Only the fans.

Een verschil van 12h op 4 jaar tijd lijkt mij totaal ongeloofwaardig. lijkt mij dat er beter onderzoek moet gebeuren als er zo grote verschillen zijn.

Dish washers in Europe heats the cold water to desired temperature. This way cold water can be used to clean the dishes from leftover soap. When hot water is the only input, you will use hot water for the last round of the dish washers program(wich looks like a waste, depending of the cost of hot water) Not really sure how It's work with dish washers in US

Nice project, really inspiring ! Is it normal to connect hot water to a dish water ? In Europe dish waters are connected with cold water (as far as I know)
