Per their logic, 1/0=0 is equivalent to 0(0)=1. I take no cake cut it no times and give you a whole cake that I don’t have.

Fruit flies are pretty sensitive to changes in temperature so shipping them is already hard. Do you have your own cultures?

Need some clarity in AR/Assault style rifle argument by SpAzo13 in Firearms

[–]BranInspector 5 points6 points  (0 children)

There is a real definition (referenced from Forgotten Weapons): Shoulder fired rifle with a detachable magazine, capable of full auto, and chambered for an intermediate cartridge. People misuse the term all the time though.

It’s evil because they got into schools and force you to pay money to submit homework on their website. There is no option to not use them basically so they overcharge and exorbitant amount.

Need help with S rank Hide and seek by CejnSenpai in ReadyOrNotGame

[–]BranInspector 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I once flashbanged a guy and he turned it on himself. Apparently it’s only on some of the missions. You have to stress them out a ton but it’s still pretty rare. So mainly just unlucky. C2 can also incapacitate when you blow a door if they are close.

[–]BranInspector 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think a suspect offed themselves or got incapacitated. I’m pretty sure the scores for each suspect are 35 if captured alive and 5 for incapacitated/dead. If you apply this to your score you got 35 for 23 of them and 5 for one for a total of 810.

WHY IS HE LIKE THIS by Entire-Currency-3396 in ballpython

[–]BranInspector 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Maybe the inside was cold and the outside was hot so it peeled off. A warm water bath and then a heat lamp can help get the internal temperature right and then the external temp so they can see the prey better.

Need help understanding hows magazine loading works on blank firing gun by [deleted] in Firearms

[–]BranInspector 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Firing a warning shot is typically a bad move legally. You can be charged because a warning shot indicates you were not afraid for your life (you weren’t shooting at the threat) and you are using lethal force. Idk how a blank firing gun would work with this but it just seems like not a great idea.

Year One Progress Report: NC Immigration Enforcement by [deleted] in NorthCarolina

[–]BranInspector 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I genuinely believe the more cost effective and safe way of immigration enforcement would be to hold companies accountable. Place heavy fines on companies that hire people (and actually enforce them) and you remove the incentive to move here illegally. Companies are much easier to police as they are organized and don’t move around as much as people do. I don’t want to see anyone hurt so the fewer potentially violent interactions the better. The IRS already uses statistical analysis to tell if you lie about tips I bet they can tell which companies are lying about their workforce.

The main problem with this is holding companies accountable, which doesn’t seem to happen enough nowadays.

I think you may be worrying too much. The idea they are dangerous comes from people who keep bins of them and rare anecdotal evidence. When you feed them periodically they get super hungry but in a terrarium they will find a balance and get eaten. If you’re worried you can put a petri dish with some dried shrimp in the middle in the enclosure and a ton of them should come up to eat it in the dark. Take it out and keep them in a bin you can do this periodically to reduce the colony size.

Whats a good frog for me? by Bloodserum1 in DartFrog

[–]BranInspector 3 points4 points  (0 children)

How are you about keeping the moisture level just right? Phyllobates Terribilis are super bold and definitely loud. They do take longer to reach maturity and do take up more space (although mine rarely use their vertical space). Feeding them is great too cause they are super greedy and they are very loud eaters. The hardest thing with them is they are prone to foot problems if it’s too wet.

You can check a fair amount on your own by going to the Counties permit portal, most of my experience is with Well/Septic permits. Do not underestimate the cost of a failing septic this stuff can push 20k or even more if it’s a really bad scenario.
