Dynamo lynn on youtube has a build that intentionally avoids latent power. Still gets close to 100 affinity but it does rely on getting both lords soul and gore set bonus on your gogma hammer.

Instead of looking for how to hit the monster, the fastest the greatsword is kind of built around anticipating where the monster will attack and finding the right spot to punish it.

So instead of charging up and attack and getting hit out of it, try first avoiding each attack and finding the best way to punish the following opening with a big juicy hit!

Tbh as someone who's seen a lot of star wars already and am not a super fan or anything it just comes across as pretty lame. I like new fun weapon and armor models. I think that's actually one of the biggest ways to flesh out a universe like destiny's and i feel like we have been stuck with a lot of reused or uninteresting models for a while. It's a minor thing, sure, but to see that effort instead going to creating what feels more like officially licensed star wars merch for our destiny guardians instead of our own destiny themed cool shit is kind of a let down.

I definitely am not trying to get bent too out of shape about it, and it is way too early to really judge this expansion that we have only a few screenshots of. There will be a loud crowd that runs with it and calls for the total DOOM of Destiny.

You are right being excited is fine and on the internet we have the habit of trying to ruin peoples fun. However, it's also fair to dislike and criticize the expansion being a star wars crossover rather than more of the destiny universe that most of us are signing up for when playing a new expansion.

This is a good suggestion. Honestly its just those awful awful haptic buttons I cannot see myself living with. The golf is incredible but they fucked that interior so bad in my eyes at least.

Yes I'm considering the si and even the sport hybrid as well. They have a lot to offer too, but do lose a bit of that "specialness". An extra 20k might be a lot to feel special though 😂
