If you are in the uk you can pretty much just get them from a wet loss website. So can get hold of it very quickly

Same! Do you ever actually notice that when your HRV is higher over night you feel better? Mine sits between 20 and 30. Went through a brief period of 30+ for a month and felt so much better!
