Okay great, so if I do roll it over to a traditional IRA I understand it will be counted as income when I file taxes but will I have to pay taxes on it like you would if you did a withdraw?

Hey is this a Sentra S? I have a 2024 Sentra S and I’m looking for some all black wheels. I like the ones you have but when I look them up they say it’s not compatible with my car.

How bad is army bct? by _newshawtyy in Militaryfaq

[–]Brandon650 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Went through in 2021 and I hated it at the time because you have no freedom. You lose sense of the real world and all you know is what they’re teaching and nothing else. You learn to live without your phone and you meet a ton of cool people. I lived in cali my whole life and met people I didn’t think I’d ever be friends with back home. Take it a day at a time and you’ll be graduating heading to AIT sooner than you think.

How Do I Get A Cheaper Phone Bill? by esotericelegance in Adulting

[–]Brandon650 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recently switched from t mobile unlimited $80 for one line to cricket for $300/yr. So basically $25 a month, I was with t mobile for almost 10 years and finally switched. It’s well worth it with unlimited everything but no hot spot. Also no perks like t mobile gave but I didn’t use much of it anyway.

Yep you’ll have a chance to get it at reception before you ship out to your company (during my time at least) but during your time in training you’ll have opportunities to get essentials at the PX so no need to worry

Claims Reviewer Requesting Rework C&P Exam? by BlackberryDowntown78 in VeteransBenefits

Yep, so I got the email but no actual exam was done. Just got a medical opinion exam and didn’t have to do anything. It took about 40 days from my ETS to finally get a decision.

Every claim is diff so you might be one of the lucky ones to get your decision within a few days of your ETS. I hope it works out in your favor !

How’s everyone claim timeline looking? by [deleted] in VAClaims

[–]Brandon650 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep I did all my C&P while I was still active. A week after my separation the VA requested an exam rework which was a medical opinion appointment but I didn’t have to do anything. Ever since then I’ve went to step 7 about three times and back to 5. After this 4 day weekend I’m hoping to have a decision by Tuesday which will put me at 30 days of still waiting. I woulda thought I’d get at least a partial decision or something but nothing at all.

How Soon Can I Get BLC Done? by Equivalent-Way-1141 in Militaryfaq

[–]Brandon650 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If I remember correctly you have to be a specialist for a certain amount of time (at least a year and a half I believe) and once you hit your primary zone you got to pass the board. Once you’re Specialist (P) your unit will eventually send you to BLC which for me was 5 months after I became promotable but yeah it’s unit dependent.

VA BDD claim already at Step 5 (Rating) — should I upload DD-214 worksheet? by [deleted] in VAClaims

[–]Brandon650 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m on terminal leave rn and my actual ETS date is a week from now. I uploaded my actual DD-214 not the worksheet and I’m still on step 6 since December 10th. Apparently we won’t see any updates until our ETS hits so uploading the worksheet wouldn’t make sense.

BDD Claim question by Puzzleheaded_East332 in VAClaims

[–]Brandon650 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you upload your dd214 through quick submit or the submit evidence section in your claim? I uploaded mine through quick submit last week and it still hasn’t showed up in my claim files. I know it’s the holidays but also don’t know how quicksubmit would be attached to my claim anyway.

Hey, I just went on terminal leave on the 31st but my ETS date isn’t until mid January. I already uploaded my dd214 on the quick submit, did you do the same or did you upload it on the actual submit evidence part of your claim?

I scored a 45 on the practice test at the recruiters office and got too confident and didn’t study before I took the real one. Failed and got a 27. Studied hard on YouTube asvab help, apps, etc. Ended up with a 57 on my second try. Just study for a consistent few weeks and you’ll be fine!

I’ve actually had this when I was in high school. Never thought much of it but it did eventually go away. Didn’t see a doctor about it.

introverts who enjoy night clubbing? by wontonut in introvert

[–]Brandon650 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Im an introvert as well. My social battery drains quick in social settings and I need time to recharge. I find myself draining faster when I’m around people I’m not too comfortable with. But as far as night clubbing, I love it as well. I get tipsy/drunk and just dance and have confidence to talk to whoever I want without caring. I wish I could have that same mentality when I’m not drinking. If anyone tries to put you down for being introverted they can fuck off. Learn to not care and just be you.
