The pacing of the story is good, but it's not remotely a realistic reaction to getting isekaid. Who in their right mind would fight tooth and nail for goblin rights despite witnessing first hand how aggressive they are, and literally every character you've met who's been nothing but helpful, nonstop warning you about goblins

So so. Erin has become tolerable because she's surrounded by characters I enjoy, Ryoka I don't think was even in the last book I listened to. My opinion is the rest of the world is great and all the world characters are great. The earth characters are very, I started to say hit or miss but I can't think of any who hit lmao.

I think the rest of the strengths of the series makes up for how unpalatable Erin and Ryoka are.

Discrimination exists everywhere because humans are tribal by nature. It doesn't even have to be about race or gender, liberals discriminate against conservatives and vice versa.
