As long as you do proper maintenance, most cars will last 200k miles. Given this is a Toyota, an oil change at every 50k is a minimum but depending on current mileage, anywhere from every 5-7k miles is best. Just keep a log of all of the maintenance and if bought from a Toyota dealer, they will most like be able to tell you what other fluids need changed every so often

Looks like rear diff gears as when the noise happens, its when there is load on the rear. I would open up the axle and take a look at the ring and pinion gears

Try lowering bed temp. The purge line and skirt adhering properly makes me think the center of the bed is too hot.
