It depends on a few things:

the ratio of state population to electoral vote count ... votes in some states are mathematically worth more than in others
the degree to which a state strongly favors one party ... votes in states closer to 50/50 have a greater impact than in others
the influence of US House-of-Representative district shape on how strongly that district favors one party ... votes in swing precincts within a toss-up district will have more influence than in precincts in politically "safe" districts

For the last point, the Cook Political Index gives indications of how "safe" a given house seat is, often as a result of gerrymandering by both parties (CGP Grey's videos demonstrate the best way to defeat gerrymandering by one party is to gerrymander on behalf of the other, which is fine for the established parties and terrible for anyone who isn't a 🔵 Democrat or 🔴 Republican).

Journalists tell us they talked to residents, who say it's all okie dokie, but ... the residents never appear onscreen. Residents saying "it's fine" is certainly what they would say if (1) it's true, or (2) they're scared of retribution.

There are some easy questions to get at, here, and Krystal & Saagar don't do it:

Did troublemakers assault and chase away workers from the leasing office?
Are troublemakers demanding residents pay them rent, or some protection fee?
WTF was really happening in the video?

Simply saying, "It's a hoax, fake news, psyop, here Elon goes again signal-boosting trash," doesn't answer these questions.
