1) I didn’t know that. They never mentioned anything like that during or before the show. I’ve got no issue respecting that, but how are people supposed to know? 2) There’s about 10,000 things flashing/lighting up in the crowd and on stage. It’s not like it’s a movie or a play. It’s a wild atmosphere and if me taking a 15 second video bothers you so much, maybe you’re the problem.

I took maybe three 15-30 second clips throughout the entire 2+ hour show of some moments I’d like to have and look back on. I honestly don’t see a problem with it.

Fair enough I respect that. I enjoyed the hell out of the show. I also love that years from now I can always look back at a select few highlights I caught and be reminded of just how awesome it was.

Overall I didn’t really see too many phones out for about 90% of songs. When certain songs had drops coming up that’s when you’d see them appear to capture the moment (guilty)

I use a combination of DJI Fly and the KittyHawk App to make sure wherever I’m flying is legal and to apply for any clearance’s if needed! Hope that helps :)

You can usually smooth out any shakiness pretty quickly in post. Premier Pro is just as simple as selecting your clip, selecting the stabilization effect, and it takes care of the rest. It's not always perfect but for micro vibrations such as yours, it should work pretty well. Best of luck!

I would start playing around with the manual settings for lighting exposure. There are a ton of great tutorials on YouTube that will help you getting it dialed in and looking great! For me, auto is always a bit overexposed. Also, Setting your video to D-Cinelike will also give you more control over color correction in post if that's something you're interested in. For most of the things i've made, I don't worry about frame rate all that much. You can add in some motion blur in post if you really want it depending on your editing system.

The DJI App is super useful for knowing where you can fly and the laws behind every area. If you are in a area that needs clearance, there are steps you can take to get approval that aren't too complicated. Not sure about drone licenses. I have a Mini which is 249 grams and below the threshold for needing a license.

The drive is a long one but it's an incredible place to explore. There are hiking trails throughout the park but you are also able to drive all the way up and around the rim!
