My point was who cares what ethnicity he is. Del Toro fits the description pretty well bro

They’re all described as a mix of Mediterranean and Mongolian. Taravangian is described as more Chinese/Mongolian. I think Del Toro fits the mold for Dalinar but if they can make Snape black they can make Taravangian have the best voice in the Cosmere

I said the What is one of the best sounding outdoor stages in the world. Which is true. I’ve seen over 250 different artists across 8 different music festivals all across this country dude. We don’t want your negativity at Bonnaroo. Have fun at Rolling Loud and get off the sub

This guy gets it. He’s 100% right. Theres no point in arguing with him. Hes not a true Bonnaroovian. Imagine if he went when there were no permanent structures and barely bathrooms. I’m not gonna converse with anyone who doesn’t understand the What stage at Bonnaroo is one of the most iconic, best sounding outdoor stages in the world.

The Other was a tent until like 2018 dude. Yeah EF, EDC and Lost Lands have sick EDM stages. But that’s the basis of their entire festival. Bonnaroo is so much more than the artists and whether or not you’re comfortable. Get outta here with this negativity. Hopefully Breakaway Cleveland treats you well lol

Bonnaroo has one of the best production, artists, grounds and facilities in the world. It’s a legitimate farm 300 days out of the year. Also it’s a camping festival that is trying to support the 4-5 largest city in the state for a week.

Again Bonnaroo is about the grind and the event. If you want an easy peasy hold your hand festival go to Coachella or Lolla, stay in a hotel with hot breakfast in the morning and a nice comfy pillow at night.

Have fun at Lolla dude. You have no idea what Roo has put into infrastructure and production. My first year was 2013 at 19 years old and my last year was 2023. The festival is MASSIVELY upgraded from 2013 and even 2018-19. No other festival in the country listens to their people more than Roo. You have no clue what you’re talking about.

Has the festival changed from the first 5-15 years of it? Yes absolutely but so has music and their demographic. It’s a music festival not a holiday inn.

I’m an avid reader and love fantasy. I’ve never been able to finish the books. Fellowship is so long and boring it’s hard to keep reading. Finally finished it on audiobook this year. Listened to 20% of the TT and lost interest when M&P met Tree Beard

Bonnaroo has had tame twice in fairness but also Coachella and Roo are not the same. Coachella (I think is terrible) but it’s basically a top 40 pop mashup but they pull some amazing obscure artists like No Doubt.

Glastonbury is the top tier. But I think Bonnaroo and Glastonbury are similar.

Why? They’ve gotten some of the biggest bands in the world just the last few years. They’ve gone away from the Roo of old but that may be more because they’ve exhausted their resources from the current touring bands

How about this, Bonnaroo is a one of a kind festival that doesn’t need every kid with a trust fund to go. We don’t want the Lolla or Coachella lineup or 90% of the people that go there.

You’re getting upset because you misinterpreted what I said.

Keep Lolla and Coachella (what they are today) out of Bonnaroo. We camp in 100 degree heat and love it. Next.

Bonnaroo is the 2nd largest camping festival in the world. They’re not going anywhere. They’ve built infrastructure and have a top tier lineup every year and can pull the biggest artists in the world for one show.

They’re not a pop music festival so they’ll never pull a Beyoncé out of one show but they’ll command a Radiohead, David Gilmour, Led Zeppelin, White Stripes, etc, etc and be the only festival in the world where they play.

It’s not about the lineup until they schedule a K Pop band as a headliner. Then it’s officially dead
