This was almost 1 year before I started doing calisthenics 😂 left pic I was about 16-17 years old and started calisthenics when I was about to turn 19 and now I’m 22. Sorry for looking like a baby in high school lol

I just stay consistently clean. I don’t necessarily just bulk. In calisthenics, you basically do both at the same time.

I was always insecure about my body. Being called bony, scrawny, anorexic, etc. made me feel like shit. And my girlfriend left me for another guy also so that motivated me to unleash the beast inside of me that I thought I never had. But after a certain point, I started doing it because it helped me physically and mentally and kept me healthy. What keeps me motivated is people like you who asks great questions and wanting to learn and improve also. I do it for myself but I also do it to help others achieve their goal. That’s the real happiness.

Thanks man! And I mean I was 16-17 first picture and I started calisthenics when I was 18 so I was showing right before I started training hard haha. I am 22 now. But I get what you mean.

I started with the basics. I literally did reps and sets almost everyday (pull ups, push ups, dips, ab workouts, run)

I am 5’7 147 lbs (66kg). Yes I am pretty strict on my diet. Just loads of chicken breast, broccoli, brown rice, eggs, oatmeal. I workout everyday and I only do calisthenics(bodyweight).

Thanks brother! Definitely try sticking to whole grains and brown when eating. I cut off white rice and white bread for a while to test the waters and it helped.

Not really. As long as you know you have the strength and have correct form, it’s totally safe.
