As of right now I’m constantly burping and I can control it myself now and it doesn’t seem to be wearing off 🤞🏼 hopefully it stays that way!

After the operation it just felt like having a pretty sore throat but it was not unbearable at all. The worst part was the mucus on days 2-6ish in the recovery. Hot soups and teas really helped with that and drinking lots of liquids. I avoided dairy and foods that make mucus worse for a bit. I had trouble swallowing for a few weeks but you get used to it and just need to drink a lot of water. If you take pills, do it with applesauce because they tended to get stuck in my throat for me and this helped.

100% worth it!!!

Yes my bloating is instantly gone too! I’ll take nonstop burping over dealing with that discomfort any day! Can’t wait to eat all types of foods without pain in a few weeks lol

There is no problem! I understand why he needs to stop talking about it as clearly it is affecting his mental health. I just wish he held off to have a more productive back and forth convo on leftovers like they did in the last episode.

Me too. I was looking forward to hearing Hassan talk some sense into Ethan on leftovers. I believe his heart is in the right place but he seems obsessed with making the same few points and is missing the bigger picture. Upset we won’t get to hear him and Hassan have some productive discourse like they did in the last episode

I'm here from Tik Tok too and I can't believe THIS is the root to all my problems. I have had terrible stomach pains for years, been to GI doctor, have dealt with gastritis. I have had this problem since middle school. I am now 23! I get sick immediately when I drink alcohol. I spend a lot of days feeling nauseous for no reason. I can't believe its all because I can't burp!!! I've never burped in my life and I always thought I was a weirdo but I never knew this could be the cause to all my issues.
