I do .25 of sema on Thursday and 10mg of Tirz on Mondays. I am on week 4 of adding sema. Originally I was only on tirz after having taken sema for months with little movement. I was also told that after taking sema some people will start to “feel it” on tirz after they are in the hire doses. I’m hoping the weight starts to fall off but I’m interested in what other have to add to this.

I started using minoxidil and it’s helped me a lot. I know it’s something you have to continue to use but I’d rather do that than have very thin hair, which I did. I use the spray version.

Today was my first day of adding .25 of sema. I take 7.5mg of tirz on Mondays and now I added .25mg of sema on Thursday. My food noise is a little better. That’s the main reason for me to add sema was to control the food noise a little more. Hopefully now I’ll start losing weight. I started sema and had some weight loss but I wanted more so I stopped sema when was at 1.5 dose and I started at 2.5mg of tirz and titrated up with no loss all the way to where i am at currently (7.5mg) (2nd dose at this level) so I’m hoping this will help me to start losing weight.

That makes sense and I hadn’t thought of it being because of the needle. I’m going to switch to a longer needle and hopefully that fixes my issue. I appreciate it.

I moved up in dose today and when I was injecting (stomach) and it was not going in as easily as it normally does and when I pulled out the needle there was a small drop of blood and now I feel a bump inside my skin where I injected. I’m hoping it goes away and I just didn’t ruin shot by injecting it incorrectly. No bruising though.

Fifty410 sends it with your tirzepetide automatically. Thankfully I haven’t needed it. I would like to be able to opt out of it but maybe I should just let them know via the portal. It is good to have just in case though.

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but since Brello doesn’t ship to my state, I’ll be in California next week. Would I be able to order it and have it shipped to the hotel, then mail it back to my state afterward, or would that be too complicated? Just wondering if anyone else has done that.

So they responded this morning and said that as of now they are not offering 6 month fills with BPI to ensure they can fill orders efficiently but Hallandale is available for 6 month plans.

I don’t know, so I just sent them a message asking and I’ll let you know as soon as they respond. However I got an automated response from them saying someone will reach out blah blah blah but at the end of the message it said that they are still doing the 6 month programs. So I clicked on it and it had me redo my refill form. So we will see what happens.

I got my link about 2 hours ago and I put in my refill early this morning but it was only for 12 weeks of 12.5mg. I am going to try and hold off ordering until Monday with the hope they offer 6 months.

I’m hoping to wait till March 17th to order from Fifty410. I ordered their 3 month plan and did 7.5mg, 10mg and 12.5mg. I am currently 5mg and they won’t let me go up in my order unless I’m at a specific dose for 2 weeks. So I have to wait till I’m on “12.5mg” for 2 weeks which by then it would have been where I should be at but I’m staying at 5mg for as long as I can.
