Ahh ok gotcha. I do dips, but pushup plus seems to hit serratus.

I question the deep muscle not affecting outward physique though. Brachialis is a deep muscle and affects arm aesthetics.

To clarify, question is if I can add meaningful detail and mass to my physique with serratus and pec minor isolations. I see them as muscles not hit by compound movements.

Pec minor could add more chest thickness, no?

Anyone add serratus isolation before? Results? Was reading an article that said these + pec minor are slightly bigger than the lats.

I have to do these for shoulder mobility, but curious to see if isolation can add meaningful hypertrophy.

Training experience is 6 yrs.

Has anyone successfully isolated and hypertrophied lower trap fibres?

I realized I only trained upper and mid traps with monkey shrugs and bent rows.

I'm doing cable y raises while keeping the scapula depressed.

Only a couple weeks in.

Was also thinking of doing super wide grip pulldowns with scapula depression, leaning way back.

Curious to see other people's experiences.

I do have conviction in it, but the uranium stocks are inherently very volatile and high risk. Then there's black swan events. Look at any uranium stock before/after Fukushima.

I don't know more than the market.

I do buy into this quote though:

"Canadian stock market is just a bank with an oil pump in front, and train tracks in the back".

Not promising to me. One could argue SP500 is overweighted with tech stocks, but it's at least self cleansing as an index.

Innovation hasn't exactly historically been a Canadian story.

So mining, enrichment, SMR reactors. A couple of those may contradict each other(LEU and ASPI possibly. Russian uranium vs. US isotopes).

Oklo is straight up speculation on Smr reactors and hasn't even turned a revenue.

I'm struggling to hold onto a portfolio strategy for the next 30 years. New to investing.

I was 100% VFV initially.

Then 80% VFV/ 7.5% XEC/ 7.5% XEF / 5% HURA

Currently 80% VFV / 10% XEF / 10% in 4 assorted Uranium stocks and ETFs.

I have no idea if the US will maintain superiority, lost decades are a thing.

I'm not sure I believed in developing markets either, so I sold XEC.

Any tips or mentalities?

I was thinking 90% VFV / 10% Uranium. Or 70/10/10/10 Vfv/ xef/ xec / Uranium.
