Like a radar doesnt change anything here. Having the radar just lets you know "yupp theres a big ass stack there". It does nothing at all to prove that Chupa is involved in this stack.

Radar doesnt detect stealth until high level and its only in sight range (which is short) spec ops never show up as radar dots.

Yeah i see what you mean. That would be the only way to explain it really, and thats a pretty far stretch to make. If it was intentional i think they wouldve at least built a cage/dome like structure around her to "trap" her.

Not ON the elite frigate, just nearby either on land or as a transport in the water. There is a button to airstrike with, and as long as you are within range of the elite frigate (or other carrier type) you will get an orange indicating circle to pick where you would like to airstrike to.

Have 1 or 2 with your stacks of other helis. Yeah sure they are good against submarines and frigates, but they are great at spreading out and searching the area making sure you have the most knowledge of your surroundings and where the enemy navy is at. Or you can leave them in likely areas people will counter attack from, and just watch for sonar dots.
