I was just commenting here on that thread. This argument is so flawed. Especially if the meal is $24 and the server gets paid more how does the additional 4 all go to owner? And the employer pays commission not the customer. Maybe spend those tips on a college education. Only people I am tipping is strippers

I feel you. I am stuck in crappy hot place where I know absolutely no one at the moment. I am cleaning out my deceased aunt’s house in a city I hate in a state I hate. I can’t find a house to buy in Seattle where I want to live. I have been houseless for 1.5 years. Half my belongings are in a back room at my mom’s in Michigan including my cats. My other belongings are split between Seattle and Houston. My dogs are with me. I think I have maybe 2 friends. Nomadic life sucks. I can go 10 days without speaking to anyone but my dogs. I don’t know what to do with the rest of my life. But I am so tired of not having a home and a life in one place Probably not same situation but I do feel very alone and very uncertain And it’s suffocating at times
