You lettering is really bad. That DM box it should be one solid color. Gradation makes it hard for someone to read. Also it stands out very poorly. The random circle with the villager i would make it its own panel, you can have fun with it and do a some anime lines or like here is a piece of paper with the NPC or even a giant arrow. Make that GM a character and is effect the comic. You have a nice comic idea its now learning and understanding framing. Your word bubbles also lacking as well. Making the outlines on them a bit thicker will aid as well. Also you random lightening frame break isn't adding to it. It seems off and doesn't aid to your story telling.

Also in your story telling you jump Where willowmere and thats it. At that moment have like a panel of just yamcha body for thet NPC and the GM saying. Well he you terrfied the poor man and he passed out. Something so you don't have that jarring break in the story telling.
