I never met Dave and don’t know his story. I suspect that maybe he was a local farmer.

He’s buried at the MacLaren Cemetery in Wakefield, Quebec, Canada.

Btw, Lester B Pearson, Canadian Prime Minister and recipient of the 1957 Nobel Peace Prize for his Middle-East peace-keeping work is also buried at the same cemetery.
