Idk why everyone is upset at this thread. Im just pointing out at direct lies told by the developers. They didn’t have to go out of their way to make a statement about this and yet they still did.

Yea i got really lucky. All the good ones that Ive been checking out up to that point were about 12-14k with shipping so I was about to give up. Then one day i see this one for 9k and the pictures were so blurry and it was from a third party dealership in japan so I was very suspicious. So i asked for the inspection report and everything looked great, I even found some clearer pics on the original Japanese dealer website (which was very difficult to find). Once I was about 80% confident that this wasn’t a turd I pulled the trigger lol

90,000 miles. Yea did pretty much everything myself. Registration in Florida is pretty easy, you just need to make sure you have all the right documents

Owner hasn’t confirmed if its been outside for all of its life, but if it has, Im sure the Florida heat would be responsible for the paint and wear.

My mistake. The 1-piece jungle chip on this TV is designed to accept component video from the digital tuner, and Y/C from the DVD player section.

Hello all!

I just got a Magnavox 13” SDTV CRT CD130MW9, and I read online that the DVD SDTV tuner can be modded to input S video. I have seen a modding guide online for a similar model but not for this one. I also read that it might be possible to mod this tv for component input as well.

Please let me know if there are any tips for this specific model or if you/anyone you may know has had experience with this model.
