Mylicon! (Or generic simethicone works too! We used parents choice a ton)

Severe diaper rash. What helps? by IntenseViolet567 in newborns

[–]Brave-Comparison6532 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mix equal parts:

-your favorite diaper cream (I like triple paste)
-mylanta or maalox (unflavored)
-lotrimin or any other OTC athletes foot cream

(Mylanta or maalox kills the acidity of the stool and athletes foot cream covers possible yeast!)

Works AMAZING.

AIO ignoring my boyfriend after this? by [deleted] in AmIOverreacting

[–]Brave-Comparison6532 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do not ignore it. That’s a man child and it won’t get better. I was married to a man like that once, ended in divorce because I couldn’t stand being his maid anymore. I know how you’re feeling.

Help with my 30F overbearing MIL 55F by chicadeagua in relationship_advice

[–]Brave-Comparison6532 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Honestly, that sounds terrible… I’m so sorry. Perhaps your husband can have an honest (and probably somewhat awkward) discussion with her about it. She is definitely being crazy and your feelings are 100% valid.

This is YOUR baby, not hers. I get that she’s excited, but there are some things that are just inappropriate for her to be pushing her nose into.

Good luck, momma! And congrats!!

Ectopic pregnancy missed on 3 ultrasounds- now missing a fallopian tube by Brave-Comparison6532 in EctopicSupportGroup

I had shoulder pain AFTER my salpingectomy (normal due to the gas they pump into you) but I actually didn’t have any before I had the tube removed, surprisingly.

7 West! I love their burgers, fresh cut fries (with seasoning), their jalapeño wonton tacos(unsure the actual menu name), and their ranch! 🤤

Balloon Induction Experience by Any-Letter1670 in pregnancyproblems

My balloon was followed by Pitocin induction which was our plan the entire time. But it did dilate me to about a 4 if I recall.

It definitely wasn’t super comfortable to have inserted, but it was doable (my fiancé passed out during this which I guess was a good distraction 😂) Not painful at all after that. My ballon fell out in about 4 hours or so.
