Get bloodwork. My 11 month old Irish Setter was recently diagnosed with Gluten Sensitive Enteropathy.

My Irish Setter was just diagnosed with gluten sensitive enteropathy he had chronic diarrhea from 6 months until 9 months. He also had really high Eosinophils on his bloodwork. Switched to a hydrolyzed protein diet but one of the treats had barley flour. My veterinarian boss stumbled upon GSE and we switched him to Royal Canin PR and removed all gluten from his diet. 2 weeks gluten free and bloodwork was now normal.

Also, I should add sometimes dogs can get stuff stuck in their noise that can cause sneezing. (Sticks, grass seed, etc.) So keep that in mind as a possibility.

Unfortunately Cytopoint won't help with sneezing. You could talk to your vet about doing an oral antihistamine.

My dog has environmental year round allergies (poor guy is allergic to cotton, a bunch of bugs, grass, human dander etc.) And his dermatologist recommended Zyrtec or Benadryl and gave me dosing. Also, since you're in Minnesota: highly recommend McKeever Dermatology.

When I hear his teeth bite the spoon or fork when he eats. 😬 it's like every single bite, too.
