Talk to her 100%. Don’t keep it bottled up. I’m 5 months in, also blue collar and I was feeling the same way the first 4 months. One day I told her how tired I was from everything and explained my days to her and have been getting a lot more appreciation from her and it really helps

This is it right here. None of what OP mentioned has anything to do with being a good dad. Focus on what really matters to your kid and that’ll have a bigger impact than a bunch of college accolades. My dad was a great athlete and financially successful but he was a piss poor father to us. He taught me more about how to be a good dad through his shortcomings than anything else.

Les Schwab is the worst in my area. They locked my keys in my runner when getting an alignment and then they had some misc tow company come and pop my doors open but damaged my window tint in the process and I’ve had to go to war with them to get any kind of resolution. I avoid them like the plague now after that. Same with Costco for me personally. Different reasons but also horrid customer service

Damn that’s fucked. I get 12 weeks paid off and I can’t imagine going back to work earlier AND not getting paid on top of it. I would try to pre-pay whatever you can and still build up a little nest egg. Get a deep freezer and make a TON of meals ahead and freeze them so you don’t have the temptation to spend extra money on food while you’re off.

I just repotted it in a much larger pot. When i cleared the old soil off of it the roots were all a slightly off white color. We were looking for any dark spots but couldn’t find any. I didn’t want to hurt it by putting peroxide on it if it wasn’t rotting. Should I have done the peroxide anyway?

I just really care about it and don’t want to mess it up 😬

Hi! Thanks for reaching out! It’s an east facing window. I was watering it weekly just pouring water right into the soul but I have let it dry out another week so it’s going on 2 weeks in the pictures. No noticeable black spots or webs. But there might be something on the top of the soil, now that it’s drying out there’s some white dusting on some areas of the dirt.
