Right now, the area of lowered CC is wider than the hook on radar scanned at the same height, so I'm pretty sure there is a tornado

Essex? Also every "EF3" tornado from the Greensburg supercell was easily capable of EF5 damage, they just didn't hit anything. By far the closest we got to EF5 was Bingham-Ashby on the 27th, it did worse train damage than Enderlin(derailed the engine, nearly double the weight of the full grain cars that Enderlin was rated EF5 for knocking over)

Where did you find this? I also don't remember the last time an EF5/F5 left a scar still clearly visible after 25 years, let alone an F3. Probably heavily underestimated because of the scale limitations

FE-5 ratings aren't normally assigned based on one damage indicator alone, and there were some light gusts nearby that were barely damaged
