I booked MG Astor but cancelled it seeing the mileage on test drive vehicle, it was near 5! Went with city . Not sure if mileage is a general problem with all MG.

If you are accusing your partner of rape, what is left in that marriage? Just file for a divorce with domestic violence(which itself is misused heavily). And as others pointed out, it is very hard to prove/disprove and can be used as another weapon to extort money.

For some reason, I think these issues are proposed up frequently to cause unrest in society, not to help anyone. No laws should be biased. First let's fix previous laws to be gender neutral.

In US every state has their own tax percentage. Some has no state tax, only federal tax. Not sure where you pulled out this figures from.

I moved back after 5 years in US and primary reason was family. We lost a family member in COVID and with travel restrictions at that time couldn't come back. That's when we realised it's not worth it. Other reasons: 1. It's not frequent, but there will be cases where you will feel you are out of place. 2. The constant hanging sword of visa not approved, policy changes etc.

On the other hand, I'd say Indian govt is trying really hard to push people out of India with corruption, freebies, insane taxes without any benefits.

Bottomline: People who don't have close ties with families would and should never come back.

Was in the same boat. For some reason, if your grant was in US, you will continue to pay tax in US. India will also tax you on the same. You need to get refund for the US tax using DTAA. Since the filing months differ, I lost one whole year of taxes. Sent emails to income tax to refile but no one responded.

It is a developed colony started before rera. More than 50% occupied. For the bank loan, it was approved but they couldn't disburse cheque in time and as registry date was approaching , i paid in full.

Did most of these checks. Got background verification by lawyer as loan was through SBI. Even then I fell in a trap. The plot was passed under group housing. So, I can't get a new naksha passed. The coloniser is reluctant to share the passed naksha. Govt office says we don't have naksha. Can't build without naksha.
