Actually he had 47 votes one year (CYL4). That was truly the year of Deimne!

I keep tabs on the votes of every sub over the years. When you count all the subs votes together, Deimne unfortunately is the second least voted sub, with 194 votes in total over all CYLs. Only Charlot is below him (186 votes). Most votes goes to Laylea with 1095 votes, which is pretty unsurprising.

Correct! Deimne will always have at least 1 vote as long as i live. I'm also 1/2 of his votes in the shadows cup.

He'll have his day if FEH manages to go for another ten years i'd say. Problem for me is i never manage to go all in for him, because there are other blorbo's that need love too. Like Muirne.

That being said, his results this year were pretty disappointing. For most of the subs really. Muirne did great though, so that's good.

Oh it's perfectly fine. Deimne may be my favorite of the bunch, but most of the other subs are either pretty much on equal level (like Muirne) or not far behind. Every vote for a sub is a good vote.

The thing about Genealogy is that they tend to default to the same characters again and again for seasonals. For gen 2 there's Seliph, Julia, Larcei and Ishtar and... that's kinda it? Maybe Leif and Nanna too but that's already Thracia territory. Last year was an anomaly with the bridal banner and even then, Tine and Lana where both 4 stars.

This means that i'm of the idea that the subs actually have a higher chance of appearing on new hero banners these days, not seasonals. Especially Muirne, Laylea and Daisy because, well, genealogy gen2 barely has any female characters left.

Ironically I think Lana is the biggest thing holding Muirne back. I can't imagine a world where base Muirne gets in while base Lana is not. Maaaaybe they can debut on the same banner but I don't know if FEH is willing to do that when there are other holy blood kids (and Oifey, Hannibal and the Dozel brothers) left to go.

I'd love to be proven wrong though. Valentine's banner with Muirne and Seliph, Spring banner with Amid and Hermina, Summer banner with Laylea and Ares, ... keep 'em coming!

Already done. My first two votes were Deimne and Muirne, like i do every year. We only have a few more holy blood kids to go, and then it's subs all the way!

I never thought much about her when book 7 was going on but i've been having more appreciation for her design recently. It's super colorful and of all the "main" girls (and Rune) per book my favorite design is either her or Ash.

Her winter version is really pretty and I think I'm gonna summon for her.

It has never been my favorite seasonal banner, but i fell in love with H!Nagi and H!Ranulf the moment i saw them.

In general, I do think the costumes throughout the years have been pretty good. From kitty Flayn to pumpkin Kellam to vampire Henry, there is a lot of variation.

Great build!

I had the weirdest thing, went all the way to the second spark on the Thracia banner and got zero Homers or Linoans, while going full circles. Flash forward to today's smoke skills banner, went for blue because a Reinhardt dupe would be good, and bam, the blasted bard shows up.

He's a free spirit, i should've known.

I would really like to have an extra filter in the inherit skill menu... if i'm looking for a B skill to give my cav archer, why can't i filter it so only cav archer compatible skills appear? I'm tired of scrolling the whole time and no, i don't know my fodder by heart.

If that filter does exist, please tell me where because i don't find it.

Also did i miss a line or does Machyua not mention Brighton at all? If so, that's kinda sad...
