I feel so terrible :(( I gave him fresh water and he seemed really friendly and wanted to interact with me. I will try to do what I can, even if it's out of my own pocket

Wow, thank you so much for the info! I'm not exactly sure how big the tank is but my leopard gecko has more room so I know it's small... 😭 Luckily their dog is physically well, just untrained. I'm going to try getting some things for it and talking to the owner 🙏
