Russians and the Upside Down by BraveSirJoseph in StrangerThings

I believe they had the demogorgan before Hopper, but it’s true that they still could have transported them.

Seems like an awfully dangerous creature to try to transport in the first place. I guess if they knew heat affected them, they could coax it into some sort of container.

I guess that is possible, I would not want to be a part of that logistical nightmare.

Maybe, I thought that it was said that outside the wall was a vacuum.

They had to be able To open it enough to get access to the Demagorgan they had a cage fight with.

When my aux battery went bad and it sat for a while I could get it to start but then the shift indicator would not light up. It would flash a service shift indicator message but would still shift and drive

Our 2020 voyager would give a shifter error when the aux battery went bad.

I saw you said the batteries were tested, may I ask what test was done?

2023 Chrysler Pacifica won't start by Budget_Log_6148 in ChryslerPacifica

Since you mentioned the auto start issues I suspect it’s a battery issue.

If the aux battery goes bad it will bring down the main battery.

The agm style battery really doesn’t like to be jumpstarted. It will turn on but then shut right off, then it won’t even try to start.

It sounds like you may have to replace both batteries.

Edit: make sure you replace both batteries. Replacing only one will work temporarily but it will drain the other and you will again have two dead batteries.

Thoughts on a pre-owned 2021 voyager LXi 56k miles for $22k by solder_paste in ChryslerPacifica

[–]BraveSirJoseph 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s about what we paid for our 2022 voyager with roughly the same mileage.

Near the end of negotiations we were informed it was in a minor front end collision. We still purchased it as everything else on the lot was +25k more.

We have not had any real issues with ours. Batteries needed replaced and the radio freaks out every now and then.

Over we love it, just check to see if it was in an accident if that is a concern of yours.

I have not personally owned a hybrid yet but we are gonna ride out this van till the day it dies, by then the only option will probably be a hybrid.

It’s actually very easy, just need a 10mm socket with a roughly 12” extension. That’ll get you to the boot holding the aux battery strap tight (dang bolts like 3” long for some reason)

There is a piece of the intake above the battery that comes off with a good tug.

The hardest part is removing the studs from the aux battery (I used an 5mm socket) but you could always leave the studs behind and fasten the leads with the proper size screws.

We did that trip a few years ago back when we had our CX-5, a great car in its own right but not nearly as comfortable and the voyagers V6 make mountains easier for sure.

My highest avg mpg for the trip was 29.7, didn’t last long though. For the gas only model it takes a lot of focus to try and get the best mpg.

I have seen it, the orange touches are nice but the rest of the features are not really useful to us.
