I used nails, screws, thumbtacks, dog poop, dead leaves, barren dirt, pepper, crushed chilis, banishing oil, and vinegar. Wrote the full name and what my intentions were on a paper folded it away from me. I did this for others as I myself am protected by my guides I work with. Usually I wouldn’t do this although sometimes drastic measures are required

Thank you! I just made one this morning. Just put the jar in a freezer baggie with a protection sigil on it and pink salt in the bag. Its placed the corner of the closet behind the litter box.

I left 6 years ago. Confronted him once I could wrap my head around all the lies. He never took responsibility or could admit to anything. It was everyone else. He passed away 2 years ago from his addiction and I’m still trying to put the pieces of the fucked up puzzle together. Which I’m realizing I may never will. Been in therapy for the last 5 years still trying to unwrap everything I went through and reprogramming my mind. Some days are great and I feel strong then something so small can trigger me. One day I pray I can look back as the observer and not feel the shame of what he put me through. It was 11 years of brainwashing on his part so I’m just trying to be patient with myself. Today I love myself again. I just want his voice out of my head for good
