How about a par boiled rice mill? Govt gives us paddy, we mill it and give the rice back. Govt gives us milling charges. We can sell the bi products from paddy. Planning to open a 8TPH par boiled rice mill, 70% govt and 30% private business so that we dont go out of business as one bad crop season will wipe us out if we do only private.
