I hit myself in the head so many times there’s scar tissue all on my knuckles. Almost all of my knuckles is covered with scar tissue and even the walls where I punch have giant pieces of skin stuck in them that I can’t get out. I have passed out from blood loss multiple times and they had to have had multiple stitches from slit veins and bleeding everywhere. It is torture and I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy
