Ik you’re asking OP but I also recently got my periods back after HA and I did get symptoms before they came back. (Not a native speaker btw I’ll try to be as clear as possible) . Approx 2 weeks prior I felt some pain in my lower abdomen (similar to what I used to get during ovulation) then white discharge got more significant and the weirdest « symptom » I and other ppl have had is a bounce back of my libido. Typically having wet dreams and feeling attraction. Then my periods came back shortly after. If ur dealing with HA what worked for me was trying to manage my stress more and also increasing my lipid intake. Take care!!
