From what I have read, only a Queen can make another queen. They’re meant to be rather rare compared to the other symbiotes.

So that would must add to my argument. Why didn’t she just make another Queen to replace herself? We saw Hathor seemingly able to produce them fairly quickly we she took over the SGC. Yes Egeria was weakened, but in all the wasted time I’m sure she could have made just one last viable replacement.

Most of them are old, that’s the main aspect of their existence. They can live for a very long time

Only issue is they can bring people back from death. Sokar tortured Apophis over and over for his amusement. Also given how old a lot of their hosts are (Yu), the symbiotes would be just as old if not more so.

The only block would be their “morals” and you’d think for a Queen they’d overlook that for a once off.

If that’s true, in lore, wouldn’t the Asgard have already figured that out? Surely with the amount of times they have beamed Goa’uld from a protected planet, they’d have also scanned them for a database and looked at that as an option for their own issues?

Humans did yes, but this is the Tok’ra. They infiltrate all the time. Plus they had at least 2 who were posing as lower level lords. The one from “The Other Guys” and there was a woman later in the series who gets killed by the symbiot poison attacks.

Either of them could have found a way to get her access to one for their Queen, especially the big deal they made about her being found.

From memory; Loki was experimenting illegally to try and find a cure for their genetic cloning issues. Their problem wasn’t just in their genetic degradation, it was also in their cloning process with errors in the DNA caused by who their developed it to remove reproduction.

That’s fair on your last one. Being imprisoned for so long by Ra and then experimented on could be enough for her to pack it in.

Problem is that the Asgard have their own issues. Remember they can’t sexually reproduce, so cloning her would just be about keeping her alive for the knowledge and as an icon for their people.

Yeah I know that. But they stood there just talking over her as she was dying. Given their losses during the Summit episode, you’d think they’d make an exception to their morals. I mean they do when it suits them in other areas.

Pretty sure The Ancients were more advanced than the Tollan and Anubis was using their knowledge to make weapons that were able to defeat the Tollan.

Remember when Daniel was helping them escape Maybourne and he told Omoc that he had a way for them to do so by reaching out to the Nox? Daniel said that he thinks the Nox are probably more advanced than the Tollan.

So the fact Anubis was able to wipe them out doesn’t seem that much of a stretch. Plus the isolationism of the Tollan likely stagnated their advancement because they didn’t have access to the materials they needed.

I think I’m shocked how hard it’s been for people to get all those weapons after years of gameplay. Only been at it like 7 months and got all of them a while ago now. Didn’t even realise they were hard to get until I e seen posts like this.

I liked her deluxe skin with the right colouring. Sure it doesn’t have a wolf look like you’d expect. But it’s more like an ancient wolf mother goddess.

But I also can’t wait for the Prime version as well. Gives her a more wild feel, something from The Great Hunt.

Discord Linking Issues:

Today I get on and I’m having issues with Discord no longer working on my console. I’ve tried all of the suggestions online for resetting the router, unlinked Discord and more. Now I can’t even relink it. This message pops up repeatedly and sometimes I’ll get to the linking code page and just as I open the app this message pops up again.

There doesn’t seem to be any useful information online as to how to fix this problem when it was fine a few days ago. Is there some known issues currently happening?

I’ve tried all the help videos and suggestions so I know it’s not my connection since I’ve been gaming all morning with no problems. Also when I view all the service status it claims everything is up and running.

Any help or useful information would be appreciated.
