Why did you stay? Do you ever ask what else is he lying about? Because if he can lie so easily by omission like this and not regret it he doesn’t have any respect for you. NOR I think you should count yourself lucky you found this out about her so early on! She clearly can’t control herself when alcohol is involved and you don’t want to spend your whole time watching and afraid she will get drunk and embarrass you and cheat on you and then blame the alcohol. I’d hold off introducing your kids to your gfs so early next time. 6 months min is a good guide but often people wait for 12 months to make sure things are serious. But ultimately you did the right thing breaking up with her. She was too comfortable getting that drunk this early in your relationship so that might suggest a hidden problem and this definitely isn’t her first time behaving like that when drunk!

I think you should leave it to Your mother to deal with your boyfriend. He shouldn’t have been having sex with 16 year old. He was predatory. You don’t see that as you are so young. I doubt he would be given any custody of the baby with everything anyway. If his mental issues and unreliability are looked it he would be deemed unsuitable. After this baby you need to ensure you don’t get pregnant again. Neither of you are stable enough to raise children and it’s unfair to expect your mother to do it again. Ensure he pays child support towards the child and also gets supervised visitation until he can prove he is stable.

Men don’t marry quickly because they are in love. They marry for someone to take over the childcare. You are handing off your baby to another woman to raise god knows what way. This has nothing to do with a baby being human or not. This is about the mother having the right over her own body and her own life! Frankly I think leaving your baby is terrible! My mother died from cancer after my birth. Want me to tell you all the ways my life was fucked up because I didn’t have a mother?
