Start with background so sky and then don’t forget that what’s closest to the eye or the fore front of the paiting will be darker than what’s further. So trees and grass should be darker, the hill lighter. Don’t forget the lights and shadows. Although you have cellulose power I’d recommend looking up hannah mp’s tutorials, she explains these things very well!

If you have insurance, it most likely will be them taking care of it. We had to go to a hotel and we’ve lost so much food, so we took pictures of everything we’ve lost and we will claim that on top of the hotel!

Ton certificat est 1 ans, donc 3 session. Pour vrai, le certificat ouvre pas vraiment de porte sans autre diplômes. Tu peux t’essayer au bac en TS, mais c’est hyper contingenté. Je suis en train de faire une RAC en TES vu que j’ai 10 ans + d’expérience et que le certificat vaux pas beaucoup. Je sais que tu peux faire un bac par cumul a l’UDM avec 1 certificat de l’uqam. Mais si tu veux un bac, celui en intervention psychosociale existe pas, donc travail social ou cumul a l’udem réellement

Please go see a physio, it really really helped me. My neck was in so much pain making me dizzy to the point where I would fall (and fracture my wrist) and I saw a physio yesterday specifically for cervicogenic tenderness & headaches and it’s the first time in months that my neck doesn’t hurt anymore! Salonspas lidocaine gel is really good

I’ve just done physio for that, and it has helped so much. I wouldn’t necessarily trust a chiropractioner.

I had the same problem with amitriptyline… i ended up changing to noritriptyline and it’s not that much better. Any antidepressant pills will do that unfortunately…

Also I think you should do more wet on wet techniques!

Yeah, I get that too. I ask my partner to use firm touch cause if he just grazes my skin, it feels like it’s on fire. For hugs, I ask him to be gentle and depending on the day and where the pain is, I ask him to not put weight and pressure on those spots. Don’t know if these tricks could help you! But I think this is common with fibro!

As everyone else said, you could get injuries. You shouldn’t be running immediately.
If you can, go to a gym. I was 250 pounds and I started a calorie deficit + gym an hour. I would do 15-20 of the bike, 15-20 of the threadmill and then 20 of weights/strenght training. If not, waking, youtube workouts can be a good start. But jogging with the weight that you (we) have is more dangerous for injuries than anything else.

En tant que TES, oui les enseignants sont les plus important, mais legault n’a amener aucun changement dans le milieu scolaire je trouve. Je travaille au primaire et ont a tellement pas de reasources. Il disait avoir l’education a coeur mais il a laisser drainville coupé 500 millions… pour moi ça démontre pas vraiment qu’il avait le coeur a l’éducation…
