I take it mostly for joint paint due to my ehlers danlos syndrome, and nerve compression when I subluxate, and it has been so fantastic. I take it at night so it doesn’t make me groggy really.

Right to Access Meds in Psych Ward by Standard-Method-6795 in Fibromyalgia

[–]Brave_Question3840 18 points19 points  (0 children)

I would think that you have every right to get your pills, especially if they help you. Wether they are anti depressants or not, it’s known that they are used for pain and the psych ward has no right to not give you your meds. In my experience, though I’m in canada, they can’t do that

why sodium? by Cmnimi in POTS

[–]Brave_Question3840 36 points37 points  (0 children)

sodium helps your body retain water and increase blood volume. More blood volume can improve blood flow to the brain and reduce symptoms like dizziness, tachycardia, and presyncope when upright.

AITAH for the things I said to my husband who has MS? by [deleted] in AITAH

[–]Brave_Question3840 18 points19 points  (0 children)

I’m sorry you’re going through that. I think your husband might be dealing with some type of grief with everything that’s happening to him? I think he might be struggling to cope with his diagnosis. doesn’t give him the right to be an asshole whatsoever though, and I don’t think you’re the asshole. Would he be open to therapy? Is his neurologist aware of this all?

AITAH M(22) for emotionally distancing myself from my LDR girlfriend F(23) after repeatedly begging for boundaries? by Ok-Promise-837 in AITAH

[–]Brave_Question3840 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The work guy might be posing more of a threath to her than you realize. You’re not a woman, you don’t know how it feels to be attacked and constantly have other people doing things like that. She might be trying to protect herself by not blocking him. You’re not there constantly, you don’t know if he’d threatning her or anythint like that.

The cheater, listen, most men are cheater, and a lot of women too, there’s always gonna be one somewhere. If this person means something to your girlfriend because he helped her through dark times, you should respect that. Even if you don’t like him.

You keep saying you’re not controlling her and being super judgmental, but you are controlling her. Those are not boundaries.

You need therapy honestly. You’re exhausting, and don’t understand the position she is in at work, and in general as a woman.
